Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Anxiety

Question: Today I had my shorthand/stenography(press reporters use) exam in my institute to be written at 100 word per minute and I had 120+ speed but today my hand was so shaking, i was not able to make figures/outlines clearly, which led to my failure in test. I am going to appear in actual test next month. I don't know what happens to my psychology when I am going to give any written exam. I was not even able to put my proper signature. I have a 4-5 years old history of Anxiety disorder and I was in pexep cr 25 medicine till february this year and left. sometimes feels like depression in mind after leaving. It was very tough to leave. What can be the reason and cure for my shaky handwriting? For that particular day what should I do to be able to write properly? At home my hand doesn't shakes that much then also it shakes to some extent. Please help sir/madam.
