Question : i have been experiencing episodes where my body feels like it is getting hot from the inside out. I am 25 year old female and there are thyroid issues on both sides of my family. Any opinions?

noted your concern. The symptoms which yiu mentioned may indicate thyroid issues especially hyperthyroidism . However these symptoms are not exclusive of thyroid illness. Since there is family history of thyroid disease please get the thyroid blood works done (Free T4 and TSH).
