Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Labyrinthitis
Question: Should I return to the ER where I was seen the first time or go to an Urgent Care Clinic instead? Or just leave well enough alone because it normally takes a couple of week to "clear up"?
Brief Answer:

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query
All the symptoms are suggestive of labyrinthitis I.e. infection in inner ear. You should continue with the antibiotics and nasal drops. Take a combination of levocetrizine and phenylepherine twice daily and tablet stemetil twice daily for a week. Also take steam inhalation.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards

It has been 7 days already and I have 2 doses left of the amox-clav, I would simply like to know if I should return to the ER for follow up or if you think an Urgent Care Clinic would be the more appropriate choice.
Thank You

Hi
You can continue taking medicines and go directly for follow up if the vertigo and other symptoms are not too much.
If you have severe vertigo than you should immediately go for consultation and revision of your prescription.
Take Care
