Question: I have started having rotating joint pain. It started with my shoulders. The pain is strong enough to wake me up at night. It moved to my elbows one at time . It's moved to my knees this week. I can hardly stand to walk.
That's where I'm at right now. This is the first time I've had this problem.

Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

You could be suffering from Osteoarthritis.

Apply warm packs to the affected region. Take Tablet Acetaminophen/Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day for 10 days. It is an over the counter Medicine.

Avoid lifting weights. Do get Xray if the knees, blood tests like Anti-CCP, CRP, ESR, Complete blood count to rule out the causes of the arthritis.

Do upload your results. If you have help, do get to an Emergency Department to give you medical relief immediately.
