Detailed Answer:
Hello . Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query.
I have seen the attached photograph also.
I understand your concern.
For PCT, sun avoidance is most important. You should regularly use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 50 + even when inside home. Sunscreen should be applied liberally at an interval of 2-3 hours on all exposed areas.
Phelobotomies is best treatment modality which you at present is not conventional for you.
In such scenario, oral drugs like chloroquine sulfate and Hydroxychloroquine sulfate are advised. Another alternative is chelation with Desferrioxamine for mobilization of iron stores. I have seen good results with these medications.
But all these medications are to be prescribed by a doctor and to be taken under supervision only.
Strictly avoid alcohol and smoking.
You may take antihistaminics like levocetrizine for symptomatic relief till then.
You may apply mild steroid hydrocortisone over the rashes for relief.
Visit your doctor at the earliest so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
I hope it helps.
