Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Polycystic Kidney Disease

I am XXXX, 33 years old.
my father suffered with pkd. 6 months back i have gone usg scan and even last week i went for usg scan both the scans and blood reprots shows normal and presence of pkd.
Now what are the chances of getting pkd in future and what can be the life expectancy once it occurs.
Can i lead a normal life? Some doctors said since i am 33 already and no presence of cycts so lees likely to get the disease.
I have attached reports of altest creatinine and usg scans.
Please tell me the truth. Please dont tell anything to make me not worried. I want to know the fact on the chances of getting pkd in future and chnaces of worresning.

I have checked the attached reports. Till now there is no change that could indicate signs of PKD. I would suggest you to get a yearly follow up done and you can stop worrying.
