Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Stroke

Question: Husband woke up and found himself to be light headed. He walks carefully but sways a bit to his left. No previous health concerns. He is 64. Thank you for your time
Brief Answer:
needs to be seen
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
The dizziness combined with swaying to the left could be a sign of stroke. It could also be something more benign but you do not want to take a chance.
He needs to be seen by a doctor today.
If he cannot get in to see his regular doctor he needs to go to an urgent care or to Emergency.
Make sure he is drinking plenty of water and that he gets seen today.
