Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
I have read your query. I may not be able to explain all symptoms but most of these fall under systemic candida. Though it may also be a parasite or typhoid. Parasite and typhoid are less likely in developed countries but can be easily ruled out with tests like stools for ova and parasites and typhoid serology or widal test.
Candida can cause systemic infection and most of the symptoms that you are having. Do you have white coated tongue?
I would definitely advise you to drink cleanest water from an reverse osmosis system to avoid water borne infections and some heavy metals as well. This will avoid worsening of condition if water borne.
To recover from ongoing illness you will need to address many factors. Firstly do not focus much on the illness. Repeated thoughts of being unwell will make you more depressed. Do some stretching exercises like yoga etc to recover from fibromyalgia like symptoms. Yoga and breathing techniques will help you sleep better.
Don't take the medicines that you do not really need. All medicines have side effects. Consult a doctor about it.
Let me know if you have more queries.

I was at the ER last night for stomach
CT scan, blood and urine all WNL.
I was raised on a ranch in the rocky mountains of utah and the famous Castle County San XXXXXXX Desert.
I worked as a dental hygienist. Any thoughts on that? Tics? West Nile? XXXXXXX
That area is known for ticks and parasites
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
A ranch in the above listed areas may have higher existence of ticks and parasites thus keeping you vulnerable. The symptoms actually overlap between fungal, tick borne and parasitic infestations. The diagnosis is hard to make just by symptoms and tests like stools tests, serology for specific infestations may give better insight. A bigger parasite in stomach may have shown on CT scan
It does not seem like west nile.
Empiric treatment may be taken for ticks and parasites as it does not have much side effects. Anti-fungals should be avoided for now. Mostly because once you start them you may need them for life and may not treat your condition.
Hope it helps.
