Brief Answer:
Primary syphlis.?Need confirmation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can understand your concerns.

I have gone through the uploaded images as well.

As per your history, these lesions probably represent primary chancre of syphilis.

Such infections are common in unsafe sexual practices.

For confirmation, I advise you to get a VDRL test and TPHA test.

These tests can reliably confirm syphilis.

Further management is based on test results.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Condition is curable

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

Yes, the condition is absolutely curable when diagnosed and treated early.

It is very important that you do not have any sexual contact with your wife during this period as the risk of transmission is very high.

Antibiotics like penicillin are usually given once the tests are positive.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view.

Thank you
