Brief Answer:
Paracetamol will suffice - no medicines - use soft teething toys please
Detailed Answer:
Hi... Please do not any medicines for teething (like Dentonic). The safety and efficacy has not been established.
Use only Paracetamol for discomfort and pain.
But you can use soft teething toys without any liquid in them for biting as it will give a lot of relief.

& How safe it is?
Brief Answer:
Dosage of paracetamol
Detailed Answer:
Hi...For pain or fever - Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose (maximum ceiling dose of 500mg) every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever, especially with Paracetamol.
If you can get back to me with the current weight of the baby I will be glad to suggest you the formulation and dosing as Paracetamol comes in 5 different strengths.
