Suggest Treatment For Tender Indentation On Head Along With Headache
Question: recently i have noticed a rather large dent left of the center of my skull on the top of my head. it gives me a headache when i press on it but i haven't had any kind of injury to my head or anything like that. i haven't been to the doctor yet.

2. Unknown Concussion followed by Concussion headache.
The dent you are feeling on your head can be due to a head injury that you didn't come to know.
A lot many times, many people normally have a dent on the head and there is a possibility that when you developed tension type headache, you noticed it there.
In such scenario, you should wait and watch. In case your headache worsens, you would require a CT head.
In case, it's persistent like this only, with sleeping difficulties, the most probable diagnosis is tension type headache. The most effective treatment for this is SSRI like Escitalopram.
