Suggest Treatment For Tension Headache

Not lethal , not likely due to trauma, likely tension headache.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. History of fall a week ago may cause headache as a sequelae but very unlikely to be severe or lethal as that happens within 24 hours and chances reduce with every single minute after that.
However you should for sure get evaluated for the cause of headache as that is necessary to be labelled for the etiology always. Likely possibilities are tension headache, headache secondary to parkinson's sequelae and meds.
Nutshell, you don't need to visit ER unless you are losing consciousness or any other hemodynamic emergency which is not so no need for ER now. Just take some excedrin and add some anxiolytics like xanax to it. It shall work fine. You may take one tablet every 4 to 6 hour for the symptoms relief. And last question. no you are not in danger.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
