Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain
Question: i have a dull numb pain in my right testicle which comes and goes. it started a couple of days after I went horse riding. I have taken antibiotics just in case it was an infection. but several month later I still an having the same problem which comes and goes

Empirically using antibiotics alone is not the way to go about these symptoms. Urine routine examination can be advised to look for possible infection. Culture sample can be taken before starting the antibiotics appropriate for the symptoms. If the pain or heaviness persists or worsens then an ultrasound of the scrotum can be advised to look for evidence of causes including torsion, cysts, infection /inflammation and others.
