Brief Answer:
Start with topical antibiotic, clinical evaluation if doesn't improve
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like a pustule on the mole.
Though it is not looking like a melanoma.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the white spot twice daily for 5-7 days.
If it doesn't resolve in a week's time consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated clinically by dermoscopic examination and go excision biopsy of the mole if required.

Dr Asmeet

thanks for replying ma'am...
i went to a dermatologist today and i am planning to remove it and the doctor said he will remove it and there is no need for biopsy.
what are your views ma'am?the doctor seemed fine with it..i read on the internet if mole has puss or bleeding then it is melanoma.i am just worried about if its melanoma.

Brief Answer:
Remove and go for biopsy
Detailed Answer:
I also agree with the doctor that you can remove it but I would recommend you to send it for a biopsy to be absolutely sure.
It is not looking like a melanoma but to remove any doubts biopsy can be done.
Bleeding and pus in a mole can be an indication of melanoma but pus can occur in case of even infection or inflammation in the mole.
All the best.

hi ma'am this is your patient.i asked a question regarding my mole hope you remember..my mole has been removed with shavel technique and biopsy report was also fine ma'am.it has been 4 days since the procedure..please look at my wound ma'am??i am uploading two pictures..1 picture is yesterday's and 2 picture i just clicked right now.. i want to tell you that i went for jogging today and applied bandage over it before going out and when i came back the bandage was sweaty, when i removed the bandage it also pulled something out from it ..i dont know what it is it like yellow part..??i think i messed up my wound ...if you see the 2nd pic wound from left side pink skin is visible. yellow part should be there to protect it as it is in 1 pic but i think i removed it..what do you think ma'am????
Brief Answer:
Wound is slightly inflammed, use a topical antibiotic and keep it open
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
The yellow part removed was the crust that was formed to protect the healing wound underneath.
The wound is not very bad even in the second picture. Its just a little inflammed.
Continue using a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on this wound twice daily and no need to cover. Just keep it open.
It will be fine in another 7-10 days.

Brief Answer:

I have analysed your present pictures and it looks almost fine to me.
That crust can fall off also.
But don't worry. Continue applying mupirocin cream and it will totally ok in few days time.

ok ma'am i ll keep applying it..one last question ma'am. this crust will off automatically after healing or what if by mistake i pull it out??how would i know its healed..?
Brief Answer:
Crust will be converted to scab which will fall off on its own
Detailed Answer:
Crust will dry and turn into a scab which will fall off on its own.
Try not to pull it off as this will impair the healing process which will be lengthened otherwise.
You will come to know automatically that the wound is healing and the scab formed will fall off eventually.
