Brief Answer:
Hypertrophic scar; Intralesional triamcinolone acetonide injection
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I have read your question and I have also reviewed the Image.
This seems like a hypertrophic scar due to excessive formation of collagen tissue after injury. One way to reduce or flatten a hypertrophic scar is to inject the raised hypertrophic/ keloid scar with a depo preparation of a steroid e.g triamcinolone acetonide is commonly used to flatten elevated hypertrophic and keloidal scars in a dose of 40 mg/ml. The injection may need to be repeated after 3 weeks.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.
