Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Since you have thick white vaginal discharge associated with itching, I would suggest to take treatment for fungal infection though the yeast came out negative because fungus might not grow well in culture sometimes.. From my experience most patients who have tested negative for yeast respond with antifungals.

Take flucanazole, azithromycin, secnidazole kit for both partners.. Use clotrimazole vaginal pesssary for 3 days followed by clotrimazole ointment for a week.

Certain things to do to reduce infection include:
1.Keep the area clean and dry.Avoid tight panties. Use undergarments only during day time.
2.Avoid excessive use of soap. Use v wash to wash the genitalia.
3.Use condom till vaginal discharge heals completely.
4.Avoid scratching with nails as it triggers furthur infection.
5.Wash the area immediately after sex.
6.Check for diabetes..

Hope I have answered your queries. Feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..
