Brief Answer:
Get investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Your headache seems more likely to be a migraine headache but it is not a classical migraine.
I advise following in such scenario:
1. To get MRI Brain to be sure that there is no other cause of headache.
2. Get Blood pressure checked.

If MRI and BP are normal I start my patient on Sibellium 10 mg a day for migraine prophylaxis.
For acute pain ergotamine or Naproxen can be used.
If you have any further query please ask me.
