Suggest Treatment For Tightness Around The Chest

Question: Today I felt a tightness around my chest, it lasted for about 30 seconds then my arms felt briefly heavy. This feeling happened once before about 3 years ago, I ignored it. At the time I was stressed out walking my dogs. today I was at work walking around. I was not stressed out today. I had worked out yesterday and my muscles are sore today. I am 58, female, healthy, active, non smoker. 2 of my grandparents died of heart attacks when they were 60. Both my parents are still alive and in their mid eighties. I am not taking any prescription medications. Should I see a doctor or is this nothing to worry about?
