Brief Answer:
Management of Tinea infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.
You are having extensive Tinea infection.
Some of the medicines you have used are inappropriate like clobetasol propionate cream is a potent steroid and will woresen the infection and will never let it heal.
You need to take oral and topical antifungals.
If I was treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole ( capsule sporonox or capsule onitraz) 100 mg twice daily and apply luliconazole cream ( lulifin) on the affected areas once daily.
For itching take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily and use ketoconazole soap for bath.
These are prescription drugs and should be used under the supervision of the doctor.
Avoid sharing of soap, towel and clothes; change your clothes daily, wash them and iron them including the undergarments; wear loose cotton clothes and stay in cool airy environment.

Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Infection would get cured but will take a little longer

Detailed Answer:
It will get cured after the medication but it will take a longer time.
Steroids reduce the local immunity of the infected area and that's why it will take longer.
