Brief Answer:
They are sebaceous cysts. Not a cause for concern.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully throught the details. Let me assure you that the structures you mention, are harmless. They are sebaceous cysts. The sebaceous glands of our skin secrete an oily substance that lubricate the skin. If due to some reason the opening gets blocked, the secretions get collected inside and form a sebaceous cyst. If pressed in the right direction, the mouth opens up and the cheesy secretions come out. If they become bigger, the secretions might become harder and hence might not come out. Apart from cosmetic problems, they are harmless, but if the skin is very oily, they can get infected and give rise to what we call acne or pimples.

You can apply retinoic acid cream over them but I doubt if that would be helpful. Except for washing the face and affected areas frequently with plain water (to remove the dirt that blocks the openings of the glands), nothing more needs to be done.

Hope that helps.

Regards
