Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Tingling Sensation In The Head

default

Question: The last few days, I have felt tired and have episodes of a tingling/numbness in my head followed by a headache that lasts just a few minutes. I had an episode of memory loss in which I could not remember the name of my boyfriend's father that I cared for for months before he passed. I knew his name started with an "H" but it was almost 24 hours before I could recall his name. I am concerned and don't want to mention it to my family because I don't want to worry them. I do plan on calling the doctor tomorrow, and so you know, I have a history of mini-strokes in 2002. I have been on 10 mg Norvasc for a few years now to control blood pressure.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to thought block

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query. XXXXXXX strokes can often hamper memory which is actually decentralized all over the brain. However, thought blocks could also be the cause of not being able to remember something obvious. Thought blocks are common and nothing to worry about. In any case, there is hardly anything to be done in either case.

I would insist you not to panic. Your visit to the doctor tomorrow should throw further light on the matter.

Feel free to write back.

Regards
