Brief Answer:
Low vitamin B12 can cause feeling of tiredness.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Welcome to the HCM.

Dear, as you have mentioned that you have low blood levels of vitamin B12. I would like to know ,are you taking any supplement for that? As low vitamin B12 can cause these symptoms of feeling low energy and tiredness.

Sometime post gastroenteritis indigestion happen because of intestinal wall cells damage.Try to get light food for some days and start exercise for at least 45 minutes daily.Having meal in small proportions with 6 meal plan a day can also help.

I would also like to know, for how long you have problem of low vit. B12 level? And Do you prefer to eat only veg?
Hopefully my answer will be helpful for you,you may ask further if you have more questions to ask.
Regards,
Dr.Maheshwari
