Question: Right side cavity is deep and started paining since yesterday. Need an appointment with a specialist dentist

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain associated with a decayed tooth is concerned, this can be because of the infection that has reached the third layer in the tooth and root tip resulting in pain. Nothing to panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to take a radiograph to confirm the diagnosis. Later the tooth can be restored with root canal treatment. Mean while for the pain you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and pain killers like diclofenac(if you are not allergic).
Regarding the specialists, you need to get the root canal treatment by consulting an endodontist. If you can tell me your location, i can suggest you some endodontists or dental clinics if i know any body in that area where you are staying.
