Brief Answer:
Plaque and tartar deposits, gum infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complaint as your teeth are getting yellowish, it seems to be most probably due to deposition of plaque and tartar over your teeth and gradually it starts to calcify leading to firm yellow deposit over the teeth that cannot be removed with toothbrush..

It serves as a surface over which there is more accumulation of bacteria that causes infection and inflammation of gums..

Any inflamed tissues tends to bleed even on slight stimulation therefore you have gum bleeding on brushing..

I would suggest you to consult a Dentist and get evaluated.
He can do a thorough cleaning of the teeth and area under the gums.
You will also be advised antiseptic mouthwash gargles and massaging the gums with gum paint.
It will reduce infection, whiten your teeth and stop bleeding.
Also start doing warm saline gargles and use a soft toothbrush for brushing.

Also ask the dentist to explain you a proper brushing technique so that you can maintain your teeth and gums well in future.

Any further questions are welcome.

Hope this information helps.

Thanks and regards.
