Brief Answer:
Some more info might help.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It would be useful if you gave some more info on his tremors such as:

-since when has the tremors begun
-are they bilateral or only on the one side
-are they present when the limbs are at rest
-are they present when he holds the limbs in a positions, like ahead of him parallel to the floor
-do they appear only or exacerbated when trying to reach an object
-are there any members of his family who have suffered from tremor
-has he had any routine blood tests since the tremors appeared (blood count, blood glucose, liver and kidney function tests, electrolytes, bit B12, thyroid function)

Therapy would be different according to the cause, as tremor might have different causes like Parkinson's, cerebellar disease, essential tremor, physiologic tremor enhanced by anxiety etc.

One remark I would make looking at his treatment, I see "provanolol", is that Propranolol? I am asking because the use of that drug (which is used to treat a type of tremor called essential tremor) is not advised in someone with copd, it actually would have the contrary effect to ventolin.

I remain at your disposal for further advice after you provide some more info.
