Brief Answer:
Take treatment options as discussed below

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Trigeminal neuralgia is probably caused due to compression and irritation of nerves in brain area by vascular loops.
The treatment are medically managed by oxcarbamazepine, carbamazepine, pregabalin, amitryptiline, gabapentin, sertraline.
Alcohol ablation of nerve may be attempted.
Botox injection can be tried.
Last options includes investigation for vascular loop and it's surgical intervention.
For migraine many medications are available like Flunarizine, propranolol, Topiramate, Valproate, amitryptiline.
Abuse substance is not the way out and should not be attempted.
You should get in touch with a neurologist for proper advice.

Hope this helps.
