Hello,
You have headache for 6-7 months almost every day. You were prescribed
flunarizine, after the course the headache recurs. Flunarizine is a
calcium channel blocker that works to prevent migraine
headaches. You had your eye check up done and the reports are normal. Migraine is a neurological disease can cause debilitating
throbbing pain.
Migraine is triggered with stress- physical/emotional, smoking, exposure to bright light, strong smell, dust, skipping meals, working continuously on the PC or laptop. Caffeine and sensitiveness to preservatives and chemicals in food. Avoid taking any food that triggers your symptoms.
Taking triptans,
sumatriptan may help. Avoid taking oily food, junk food. Stay well hydrated. Avoid addictions if any. To be on the safer side, you should get CT, MRI done to detect any developing tumors or other pathology that may be causing you symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
