Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Chemo drugs are ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. I understand your concern. Only point of concern is the no. of cycles. The usual protocol is to give 3 cycle of FEC and 3 cycles of docetaxel drug. Surgery can be done in between depending upon the comfort of surgeon. At last radiation will be given. Please discuss this with your chemo doctor.
TNBC is an aggressive type of tumor and there is high chances of relapse in first 3 years after completion of treatment. After that, the chances are practically nil.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. Survival is difficult to predict

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Tnbc behaves very absurdly and if there is no relapse in first 3 years then she will live live normal life, as of a normal person. But if relapsed, then life will be very short. Surgery can be done even at the end of chemo. No worries.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. Yes it is hereditary

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. There is actually no precations except for maintaining a healthy body weight and doing exercises. Brca test is to detect a mutation called brca 1 and 2 and if positive, then there is high chance of ovarian tumor in same patient and tumor in the children.
