Brief Answer:
PET scan and biopsy from bone

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your reports.

MRI abdomen and pelvis suggest spread of cancer to bones such as right sacral ala and deep left iliac region lymph nodes.

Uterus cancer in general does not spread to bones.

I would advise you to do a PET scan.

There may be a second primary source of cancer which has spread to bones and left iliac lymph nodes

You must do a biopsy test from the lesion in her sacral ala bone to find the primary site of tumour and then only treatment can be planned.

Do you mean until we give radiotherapy and chemotherapy her life span can be increased and if not how long can patient on this stage can survive.

If I will get her in USA it can make difference? Is there any new technology that can help her out. Please advise.

Appreciated your help.

If radiotherapy and chemotherapy will not help what other thing we can do?

Brief Answer:
Chemotherapy and radiotherapy will not cure

Detailed Answer:
Hi

She is in stage 4 of her disease.

Chemotherapy and radiotherapy will not cure her but will only palliate her symptoms and increase her life span by about 1 year.

There is no other scientifically proven treatment available all over the world.
