Brief Answer:
Adhesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about pain abdomen.
Following is my reply:
1) Umbilical hernia can only be confirmed after examining you. It's better to get second opinion from a different surgeon if you suspect this surgeon is lying. No harm in taking second opinion.
2) As per your history this appears like adhesion in abdomen. After surgery like cesarean, some women develop adhesions between organs like uterus, bowel, bladder etc..
3) These organs cause pain when there is movement as they get pulled. This is effect of adhesions.
4) If pain is severe, you can undergo adhesion release surgery.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
