Suggest Treatment For Upper Abdominal Rashes And Pimples On Nose

Question: I have a sudden rash on my upper right abdomen about 2-3" below my rest /on my upper rib. Have a very raw throat. Thought my roseacea was acting up on my nose - very sore. Had several pimples showing up on my nose and below my eyes over past 3 weeks. Could the rash on my stomache be shingles? I'm also nauseous tonight. Rash. On stomache appeared yesterday. Sore throats started 2 today. Last night, I felt like there was a motor running under my bed. My legs were vibrating. I'm in a hotel and got up and they were still tvibrating. My husband said there was no vibration in the room. Any of this shingles symptoms?
Brief Answer:
Unlikely as symptoms of shingle...more information needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this rash. The symptoms are not immediately suggestive of shingles. A review of the image doesn't suggest so either.
A few more details before I conclude:
1. Are there any blisters on this area?
2. Doest crosses the midline: Shingles will never cross the midline.
3. Is this rash very painful and sensitive to touch?
I hope to hear back from you. I suggest tylenol as opposed to aspirin for sore throat. Keep me posted at your earliest convenience.

No blisters on the abdomen but very sore - especially if touched - even if touched by clothing. It doesn't cross the midline.
Brief Answer:
Could be shingles then....Send another image for review!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Without crossing the midline, this could be shingles. .Please, send another image for further evaluation and insights.
For now, tylenol for pain is okay. If it doesn't control it good, then we may add Tramadol for better control.
I wish you well and look forward reviewing the image.
