Brief Answer:
Patient needs conservative management with medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through the reports attached and understand your concern.

The patient has upper GI bleeding and ischemic heart disease.

In this case, percutaneous coronary intervention has very high risk of bleeding, and can be performed only in life threatening conditions.

In the case of your patient the best management will be
1. Treat GI bleeding, erosive eosophagitis and gastroduodenitis.
2. Treat ischemic heart disease conservatively.
3. Manage diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension with medications.

Wishing health to your patient.

In case of further questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Regards.
