Brief Answer:
Possible acid reflux. Try ranitidine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

Without being able to examine your throat and abdomen, all I can offer is some ideas of what I think might be going on.

If the throat feels like there is some burning sensation, it might be acid reflux, which might also be causing the upper GI pain. You can try Zantac (ranitidine) 150 mg twice a day to see if it makes the problem go away. If the symptoms just started, you may only need the ranitidine for a few days. If it has been going on longer, you may need it for 4-6 weeks.

Another possibility is that you swallowed something irritating or caustic which is irritating the back of your throat and stomach or esophagus.

Another possibility is that you have a virus that is causing post nasal drainage down the back of your throat and upsetting your stomach.

From the small amount of history here, I think acid reflux is most likely.

If the pain becomes severe, then do go in to see your doctor or urgent care clinic.

I hope this information help.
