Brief Answer:
hi, URTI with infection of your eyes.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, in my opinion you have an upper respiratory infection with infection of your conjunctiva of your eyes.
Conjunctivitis commonly occurs in upper respiratory infection.
If I were your treating doctor I would advise penicillin antibiotics with decongestants.
I would also give anti inflammatory medicine like paracetamol .
I would advise steam inhalation and hot saline gargle.
Avoid cold and oily food items.
For the eyes, I would advise tobramycin eye drops, thrice a day for 5 days.
Take care. Hope I have answered your query.
