Brief Answer:
Possible stress incontinence with renal dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can understand your concerns.

As per the symptoms described, the possibility of stress incontinence of urine is evident.

For this I advise you to get an early urodynamic study to formulate the cause and action.

With regards to elevated creatinine and reduced eGFR, the possibility of renal dysfunction is high.

This warrants further work up with ultrasound of kidneys with complete 24 hour urine analysis and serum electrolytes estimation.

Further I would like to know the generic name of Adalphane Ephidrex as I could not find appropriate sources on-line.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
