Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

Have urinalysis to check for abnormalities.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
I see that you are 22 years old, and I will assume you are not pregnant and have not given birth to a lot of babies. So I doubt that your urinary incontinence is due to low hormones (age), excessive pressure on your bladder (pregnancy), or pelvic floor muscle weakening (previous deliveries).
So - it may be due to a bladder infection. I recommend that you go in to a doctor or clinic to give a urine specimen for urinalysis and culture - even if you don't feel burning, pain, or other typical symptoms of a UTI.
I also think it would be a good idea for the doctor to do a bimanual exam (where the doctor inserts two fingers into the vagina) and have you bear down to fell what happens to the bladder and pelvic floor with pressure. The doctor can also feel if organs in the pelvis feel normal and no enlargements (without you bearing down).
Severe constipation can also cause urinary incontinence sometimes, but it doesn't sound like that is what is happening to you.
Until this gets sorted out, I recommend fluid restriction and intentional urination before going out in public, and wearing an incontinence pad.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
