Question: I am 30 years old and all of a sudden I am having trouble holding my bladder. I have peed my pants twice at work and once in the night when I was sleeping. I have been to urgent care and they took a urine test and checked me for diabetes with no answers.

Brief Answer:
Urodynamic pressure studies are required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

Urine test alone cannot evaluate the cause in your case.

Since the main issue is holding urine( incontinence), I advise you to go fir an ultrasound abdomen along with Urodynamic pressure studies to determine the cause and to rule out a neurological causes of bladder incontinence.

Further management will depend on test results.

Please check with your urologist if he shares my view and if can prescribe this test you.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
