urinary stress incontinence with incomplete evacuation of stools
Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for your faith in the health care Magic
I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
From whatever complaints you said its bringing me to the diagnosis of urinary stress incontinence with incomplete evacuation of stools.
For stress incontinence I would like to know wheather you complain the same urge of passing urine while heavy weight lifting, coughing??
For incomplete evacuation I will advice you few
lifestyle modifications -
like you should take high amount of fibres and plenty of fluids.
Bowel training-
A simple bowel regimen means getting up at approximately the same time each day, eating breakfast (to help initiate the gastrocolic reflex), and then using the bathroom at a routine, scheduled time each day, typically 30–45 minutes after the morning meal.
Medical treatment should consist of stool softeners like laxatives which will further help them.
Agents like senna, cascara, aloe, castor oil and bisacodyl have two major mechanisms of action. One, they directly stimulate the colon and increase colonic contractions. Two, they increase fluid secretion in the intestinal tract, which increases intestinal transit.
I will further suggest you to consult with your surgeon if things worsen.
