Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection
Urinary Tract Infection.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
It seems you are suffering from Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) secondary to stone/stones in ureter.
Mostly recurrent burning urination(if you have) , Left flank pain and vomitings' are due to Ureteric Colic only.
In most of the cases, ureteric stone can precipitate Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
Your urine examination also reveals evidence of UTI. The presence of RBC's signifies the possibility of stones in the renal tract.
In fact, Diabetes should also be ruled out in case of UTI.
So, you should also get an Ultrasound Abdomen apart from Urine culture.
If any stone is found you would be treated based on size, site of stone. Also important here is to get a Fasting Blood Sugar tested to rule out diabetes that can cause UTI.
If Urine infection is found you would be given antibiotics based on culture report.
The burping that you are getting is not related to this, however, the pain killers that might have been given to you for pain relief, might have precipitated acid reflux.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
