Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

Question: Hi, I have been fighting what my doctor believes to be a bacterial and viral infection. I have been trying to fight it for over a week. My dr ran blood work and I have a urinary tract infection. I also have some clear fluid around my left lung and very little around my liver. My hemoglobin is a bit low at 102.
