YES, BAD SIGN, MEDICATION OKAY.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Is this your first pregnancy ?
If yes, then the cervix ( mouth of the uterus ) should not be open at 29 weeks.
1 finger opening signifies that you are at high risk of having preterm labour pains, so yes it is a bad sign in that way.
Betnesol is an injection given to strengthen the lungs of the baby, in case it is born before time.
Duvadilan retard is a medication given to try and stop preterm labour.
Taxim is an antibiotic, given to patients at risk of preterm labour, because the most important reason for preterm labour is infection.
THe medication is perfectly okay, please take it.
Stress can definitely act as a main cause for preterm labour.
You should relax.
Try and lie down on your left lateral side as long as you can in the day and night.
Avoid strenuous work, bending, lifting weights, standing on your feet for a long time, constipation, sexual activity and any kind of physical or emotional stress triggers.
There is no need to repeat Betnesol dosage.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.

Detailed Answer:
First of all, relax.
So much stress and anxiety will not do any good to you or the baby.
There can be various reasons for the preterm labour pains.
Travelling, intercourse, stress, infection - it is not possible to say exactly why it occurred.
Cervix cannot close back , however you can prevent it from opening further.
Things can improve if you take care and take preventive measures properly.
One cannot pinpoint days exactly, however you should rest until your doctor re examines you and declares you free from the risk of preterm labour.
THe danger is only if the situation worsens, and the baby is born early.
Mostly after 1 Caesarean section, very few doctors take the risk of attempting repeat Caesarean section.
What was the reason for first C section ?
You should have a transvaginal scan to know cervical length and how much it has opened, and let me know that.
Rest of the medications are fine.
Eat light, home made food, avoid outside food and drinks.
Take proper rest.
DO some meditation to relax your mind.
Drink lots of water to avoid urinary tract infection.
All the best
