Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I understand your problem as it is very on in this weather. Take a note of following points -
- avoid itching on the affected area which can increase the problem further
- wear a cotton based underwear and change it regularly
- keep the affected area dry and clean
- avoid sex without barrier contraception
- Apply candid ointment on the area twice a day for 7 days
- take tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for 4 weeks
See the response and in case still persists then visit your gynecologist for examination.

Detailed Answer:
No dear don't use dettol at all as it will kill normally found good bacteria too.
just keep the area dry and wipe each time you visit the loo.
You can sit in a tub of lukewarm water for 10 mins which will give relief and improve hygiene too
