Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Irritation Caused By Hair Removal Cream Usage

Question: My husband accidentally used hair removal cream instead of grabbing ky jelly and inserted in my vagina. I washed all I could immediately but still feeling irritated. Should I be concerned or use a douche to help cleanse?

Many a times this cream enters vagina while removing hair and can cause intense irritation.
No need to use any douche or cleansing creams.
Just keep the area clean and dry and avoid scratching if it itches.
In case irritation is immense apply clobetasol cream for 3-5 days.
Wear cotton based underwear and avoid sexual activity till irritation persists.

Should I insert this cream into the vagina since that's where the irritation is. We were actually having sex until we realized what had happened. I'm not irritated on the outside
