Suggest Treatment For Vasomotor Rhinitis
Question: Hello Dr. Varshney,
Thank you for following up. My PCP diagnosed my condition as VASOMOTOR RHINITIS. In my case, stress and fatigue are what triggers my nasal and chest congestion. My doctor prescribed a nasal spray to use when needed.
As a graduate student (MPP '15 candidate), dealing with a 92 yr. old mother with severe mental health issues, commuting to XXXXXXX 3 hours each way I'm not able to diminish my stress level much. But I do run/walk to relieve my stress as much as I can.
Again, thank you for your concern and have a happy new year. XXXXXXX
