Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy and medications, surgery another option
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Calcium supplements will help in strengthening the vertebrae and not making any changes in disc prolapse.
Physiotherapy and pain killers like aceclofenac or diclofenac with tizanidine or thiocholchicoside is required. Surgery may be required if not relieved.
