Newer modalities include interspinous prosthesis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case.
I have sympathy for your mothers chronic spine pain.
Newer modalities include interspinous prosthesis which are minimally invasive and affective if there is cord compression.
Calcitonin nasal spray will help in body building.
Stem cell therapy may help to increase vertebrae strength.
Injection Teriparatide will also increase vertebral strength.
You may need to do MRI spine with contrast again to see for nerve compression or discitis.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and TENS therapy will help
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

I don't believe she has cord compression. Her D3 level was checked in the summer and it was ok.
I think she would be agreeable to the ultrasound therapy. We live in a XXXXXXX Tx and have access to good medical facilities.
Thank you again for your prompt and thorough response!
Welcome
