Brief Answer:
seems to be BPPV (benign positional proximal vertigo-needs ent examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having dizziness. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any ear pain or ear discharge ?
Is your dizziness episodic or associated with head movements ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be BBV (benign positional proximal vertigo) or labrynthitis.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detailed ent examination, vestibular tests (to differentiate central or peripheral vertigo), audiometry (Eustachian tube dysfunction), Bp monitoring and blood tests-serum electrolytes. Treatment can be started as per the findings.

Kindly do not drive, till you evaluate to avoid accidents.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
BPPV/motion sickness

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

In that care, the symptoms are in favour of motion sickness. Though most people with motion sickness have symptoms during travel, a few experience the same after travel.

Further the tests and evaluation leading to diagnose of motion sickness are the same as described in my previous reply. So it doesn't change much to my answer. I will encourage you to visit an ENT specialist and evaluate.

Hope, I have answered your query. Take care.
