Suggest Treatment For Vertigo Inspite Of Using Betahistine

Question: My daughter is 21 and has had testing for Lupus. The Rheumatologist she saw could not confirm one way or the other. She has been experiencing vertigo for 3 days now and was given a Rx for Betahistine 2 days ago and it has done nothing to improve her dizziness.
