Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.
I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. It can be from brain or from vestibular apparatus of ear. An examination with ENT specialist will help you to rule out this and he/she will help you to manage this.
Do you had any history of head trauma? If yes, then a CT or MRI should be taken to rule out any problems with brain. In such case also can give vertigo.
Vertigo can be controlled by drugs like cinnarizine or meclizine for short duration.
If the vertigo persist for longer duration then physical therapy and drugs like piracetam will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
