Suggest Treatment For Vertigo
an ENT doctor or neurologist would be best
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
It would be best to see a neurologist or an ENT specialist. Either of these specialities are involved in the management of vertigo.
The exercises are useful if the vertigo is due to benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) but would not be helpful for other causes of vertigo. It is possible that this would have been determined and diagnosed when you were in the hospital but there may be other causes in play as well.
Out of the two of these, the ENT doctor and the neurologist, the ENT may be the better option because you are having ear symptoms.
If he or she thinks a neurologist is also required, then you can be referred.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
